New Student Registration
Our school will be closed for the summer from June 17th - August 19.Are you new to town and need to register for the 2013-14 school year? You can download forms from our website under "Online Forms" on the menu bar orclick here:Student Registration Packet.
Hand deliver, fax, or mail your registration back to us along with an immunization record and a copy of the birth certificate. Thank you!
Most children get their 4-6 year old shots and TB test over the summer so please provide us with an updated record before school starts.
*A TB test is required for all incoming kindergarteners and new students to our district.
