Eligible Students: The ESY program is only intended for students who:

1. Have an individualized education program (IEP),

2. Are at risk of significantly regressing in their abilities over summer break.

*Not all students in special education are eligible. IEP Teams make this recommendation on an individual basis and document it in the IEP.
